Presidential campaigns run on cash.
So in the midst of campaigning in the battleground states, the Presidential and Vice presidential candidates are being forced to squeeze in fundraisers will big donors.
Republican Presidential nominee and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and his Vice Presidential running mate, Paul Ryan, will take brief break from the campaign trail to attend a fundraiser tonight, September 28th in Chestnut Hill.
It will be the pair’s last major fundraiser in Boston before election day.
And this weekend, on Sunday, September 30, Paul Ryan will be in Connecticut, for three fundraisers, in West Hartford, Darien and Greenwich.
Vice President Joe Biden will stop in Connecticut on October 13 for a fundraiser in Kent.
President Barack Obama recently held a major fundraiser in Connecticut in Westport. And First Lady Michelle Obama, was in Western Massachusetts in August, for donor events, in Springfield, Pittsfield and Richmond.
