CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) — Political Consultant Tony Cignoli joined 22News in the studio to discuss Wednesday night's Senate debate between Senator Scott Brown and Elizabeth Warren. This was the third Senate debate between the two candidates, which took place at Springfield Symphony Hall.
